Pain in the Neck
Somehow, in the last hour or so, my neck and right shoulder decided that they don't give me enough flack already and decided to act up. My shoulder has a knot in it that would give an Eagle Scout a run for his money.

Grr!! I always have trouble with my neck. My chiropractor and his massage therapist are my new best friends. Hope you feel better soon.

So sorry. Make sure you ice it and stretch it. It hurts but it helps.
For some reason that reminded me of a song Eddo and his sisters used to sing...it went like this....
Living with a brother or sister,
Can turn you to a total wreck,
They are worse than a blister
And they really are a pain in the neck.
But whatever you may think about them,
It all turns out to be love in the end,
Think how lonely life would be without them,
They might turn out to be your best friend!
