Sigh....

I'm listening to the soundtrack of Pride & Prejudice while looking at a photo of where I will be two months from today, God-willing. I am in the midst of planning for our group's mission trip to Scotland, and they sent me this pic yesterday. I gasped in delight!

I am so very content.

Boo! No fair! I wanna go to Scotland! I've never been. I was supposed to go to Scotland for a tournament with my English rugby team, but I had to beg off at the last second because of a stupid final.

I'm mostly Scottish, and I've never been to Scotland. Boo!

I've been "booing" everyone lately. I think it is because I need a vacation.

Just think of it like a compliment - kind of like "in a fight"!

Wow... it has been FOREVER since I have been to your blog... Okay... not really forever, but I missed a lot here... Cheerleading... black beans and a Missions trip. Sweet! (about the mission's trip... not the gaseous cheerleading deal.)

Anywho...

I apologize for taking so long to visit. You have my permission to tattoo a big "L" on my forehead.

Ben McMinn, I don't need to tattoo it on your forehead, but maybe I'll just sign it really quick.

Thanks for coming back!

That looks unbelievably gorgeous! I have to rethink this concept of taking off a few months after graduation to tour the world. And take pictures. That's the whole point.

Scotland's been on my list of places-to-go for a while, but it's never been high on the list. I may have to move it up.

That picture looks awesome. The trip sounds fascinating. And short term mission trips are a great way of expanding one's horizons while also being of service to others. I was on a short term mission trip this past January to Honduras.

Lia - It does need to be moved up on your list. But please, PLEASE make a point to go to Wales, specifically Brecon Beacons Park if you ever go to the UK. It is of utmost importance.

Tim Rice - I was there this past Dec. My husband and I went on a cruise to Cozumel, Belize, and Roatan, Honduras. Breathtaking.

Scott is one of the original people that we played Settlers with when we first learned. So! You at least know him via Kevin Bacon's 6th degree theory!
